Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and warranty booklets are included to qualify for a refund.
Ship to Fossil
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized PosLaju or courier service point across Malaysia.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
